What is the meaning of self-leadership and what are the benefits from that? Does this go along with the important “self-remembering” in spiritual /personal development practices? How is the Enneagram instrumental in achieving even better results from this method?
About the Speakers:
Helene Makani - Helene Makani (Danish, lives in Norway) has worked as an Enneagram teacher for more than 25 years. She holds a M.A. in Literature and is a certified NLP Master Trainer. She studied the Enneagram with Helen Palmer and David Daniels and was one of the first to teach the Enneagram in Denmark, where she has trained many thousand people.
In 1997 she wrote the book “Enneagrammet – din personlige udviklingsvej” (revised ed. 2009), which was later translated into English and Russian. For many years she worked internationally, teaching the Enneagram in many countries such as Cyprus, Belarus, Lithuania, Russia and Ukraine. She has also been a presenter at IEA conferences in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and USA (Minnesota).
Currently, Helene works mainly as an Enneagram coach and as a mentor for aspiring Enneagram Trainers and Coaches in Norway. It is her vision to build a strong Enneagram community in Norway, as she sees the Enneagram as a wonderful tool for personal awakening.
Eva K. Steira - Eva K. Steira has almost 20 years work related experience in HR and project management with special competence in Customer Relationship Management, which she also wrote a book about.
Eva trained with the International Coach Federation (ICF) to be a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is also a certified coach from Erickson Coaching with specialization in Team & Executive Coaching and a NLP Practitioner - Life Coach.
She has her full Enneagram training at the Enneagram Institute, New York.
Eva Steira’s experience from the business world combined with her training in the life competences gives her a unique ability to see the challenges in living and working in the business world and at the same time live an authentic connected life. The effect being a more effective business environment and a more value driven personal approach to life. She knows how to ask questions to have people find their true goals and means to achieve them.
Mai Kristin Nilsson - Mai Kristin Nilsson has more than 20 years of leadership experience, for the last 15 years she has been working within Human Resource Management. She is a certified NLP master practitioner and educated Enneagram master coach.
She is the founder and owner of Compita which is a consultancy focusing on strategic HR, leadership- and team development.
She uses the Enneagram in coaching and leadership- and team development. She is currently the president of IEA-Norway.
